Night Parade's tribute to this original pairs pale ale malt & flaked rye with Columbus, Cascade, & Centennial hops to achieve a balanced maltiness and hoppiness. What is a "red stout", you may ask? The Night Parade Brew Team asked this question and came up with an answer. Think of a cross between an English Pub Ale, a Chocolate Porter, and an Irish Red Ale. Fermented and aged in the same barrel used for our "Shadow Guide" Imperial Stout for 4 months for a complex, oaky, and wine-like finish.
